Flat Rate Repair

All pumps come with a new, one-year warranty.

To send in a pump for repair, please:

1) Submit a purchase order (PO) to Customer Services with the repair part number from the list below.

2) Ship the pump to our facility with the sales order number provided by Customer Service.  Ensure the required paperwork is included with the pump.  Additional details will be found on the order acknowledgement.

Services

Standard

• Standard service includes disassembly, evaluation, replacement of necessary parts, assembly, and testing.
• Pricing applies to standard pumps and does not include motors.
• Prices above are for standard pumps only.  Additional costs will be charged if we receive customized pumps under the above standard pump repair fee schedule. Customized pumps refer to configure to order pumps that were derived from pumptools.watertechnologies.com or other customization options quoted by Veolia. Please make sure the serial number is attached to the pump. To expedite processing, please contact Veolia in advance and provide a serial number of the pump in question, and Veolia will provide a quote to repair your custom pump. We can use 1224467 to process these orders.
• All pumps received by the repair department will be repaired. Only pumps that use the evaluation fee part number will be evaluated.

Expedite Fee - Pump Repairs:

• We offer an expedite service for critical situations.  This service will decrease our communicated lead time as much as possible, depending on material availability.   This fee is not billed if we were not able to effectively expedite. (i.e. parts shortages)
• In addition, this service includes warranty repairs when outside of our standard lead-time. It is strongly recommended that critical applications maintain a spare pump if downtime is detrimental.
• Please work with your sales person and customer service to expedite orders and to check current lead times. 

Expedite Fee - New Pumps:

• Depending on quantity of pumps required, additional expedite fees may be required.

Shipping

• All pumps should be shipped in either the original container or packing providing similar protection so that damage is not incurred during the shipping process.
• Pumps shells and bearing frames should not be disassembled prior to being sent for repair.
• Disassembly or gross damage due to attempted repair could cause damage beyond that incurred during the operation and result in added expenses not covered under the flat fee.
• Return shipping cost will be pre-paid and added.
• Please drain pump of all fluids prior shipping. Special care should be taken to drain oil from the bearing frame assembly.
